Kingsley Albert Van Miller, is to show cause why he should not be committed to Prison for his alleged breach of the Injunction Order made herein on 12 September 2002 by publishing on the Internet a full transcript of a Judgment given herein dated 28 July 2004, thereby putting in the Public's domain confidential information concerning his Child whose identity will be known to the recipients of his said Internet communication.
2. For this purpose he shall by Friday 26 November 2004 file his Statement in response to the application to show cause.
3. This application shall be set down for hearing on 8 December 2004 at 10.30am at Southampton County Court, London Road. Southampton.
